Terms of Service
What I Draw:• Artwork ranging from sketches to fully rendered illustration
• Portraits, illustrations, and full comics
• Mainly ponies; also open to furry, dragons, anthro, human, feral and similar subjects
• Ratings: Safe / Suggestive / NSFW
• Heavy topics not suitable for every viewer (except for what is indicated on the Not Draw sheet)
• Adult / NSFW content is accepted within reasonable limits
What I Do Not Draw:• Discrimination or hateful content
• Coprophilia
• Necrophilia
• Urophilia
• Diapers
• Guro / explicit gore
• Extreme gore / dismemberment
Payment:• Payment is required after sketch approval before continuing to line art
• For “color sketch” commissions, full payment is required before starting
• For comics: 50% upfront before sketch, remaining 50% after sketch approval
• PayPal (USD)
• Ko-fi and Patreon are also available for optional support.
Revisions:• Major changes (pose, composition, design) are not possible after sketch approval and may require an additional fee if requested.
• Up to 3 minor revisions during the sketch stage are included free of charge
• Redrawing the artwork from scratch is not considered a minor revision and requires additional payment
Additional Terms:• A detailed description is required and references of the character/s
to determine the final price
• The turnaround time is from 1 to 4 weeks (if you are first on the waiting list)
• I can post WIPs and finished artwork on my social media and Patreon unless the “Private” option is purchased.
• "Private" commission means the artwork will not be published anywhere
Stages:1. Discussion: We discuss details, references. I provide a colored sketch. The client can make up to 5 free revisions
2. Line art: clean linework with base colors. Up to 3 minor adjustments are allowed at this stage. Changes to pose, composition, proportions, or design are not allowed at this stage, as these are considered major revisions and require returning to the sketch stage (additional fee may apply).
3. Rendering: I finalize the artwork, adding shadows, lighting, and full rendering. At this stage, changes are only available for an additional fee.If the commission is a “color sketch” from the price list, the workflow is:
1. Rough sketch → 2. Clean linework + color.
Posting & Usage:Unless a commission is purchased as private (+$20), I reserve the right to post the artwork on my social media and art platforms (depending on content rating), including Twitter (X), Bluesky, Derpibooru, FurAffinity, Telegram, DeviantArt, Instagram, and Rule34.You are free to post your commission as well. If you plan to upload it to a platform not listed above, please let me know in advance.Please do not repost my artwork to platforms where I already publish it, especially if duplicate uploads are restricted.
